I attended the conference on Economic Development at Binyanei HaUma this past Wednesday, which you catered.
I work in new media and business development in a wide range of areas.
The food was excellent, tasty, elegant, and the service was superb. The guys who handled the bar were absolutely professional. I actually spoke to a couple of them when the bar wasn't flooded. The service was at an international standard.
I especially enjoyed the salmon and the mozerella salad. The dessert was lovely, and the fact that you used real cream to fill the waferrolls was noticeable–many places use the fake-whipped cream and besides being unhealthy, tastes nothing like the real deal.
